Reddit’s homepage returned HTTP 403 to direct retrieval; the official Help Center pages were available through the web source index. Community rules differ, so there is no universal product submission form or eligibility rule.
Free submission refers to ordinary organic posts in public communities. The documented posting flow requires a Reddit account and community compliance, not an external return link. Premium-only or restricted communities have separate access rules; paid advertising is separate.
